This dish is characterized by a sharkskin-like crackle glaze due to the difference in shrinkage between the clay and glaze. We use these hibi-white plates at home and go well with both Japanese and Western cuisine.
The shape is inspired by French café au lait bowls and looks good for soups and cereals.
Atsushi Ogata
Color: white
Size: 14 cm x 14 cm x 7.5 cm (height 7.5 cm)
Size and texture of each piece is different because they are all made by hand.
