Wataru Hatano | Calligraphy

Wataru Hatano is active mainly in the field of crafts and concurrently engages in product creation using washi paper, space design and construction, and art activities. 

He creates his works with the idea that they are both calligraphy and painting. The order of writing is not the same. He creates her works by considering how to express words in black and white and their meanings, and how to incorporate them into the composition in a pictorial way.
